Farm produce

Our farm is part of the natural environment that surrounds it, which is why we treat our natural resources in a responsible manner, and why we are also members of Bioland - Europe's leading association for ecological farming. Our farm's produce comes from sustainable land and cattle farming, including the fruit and vegetables from our garden. We focus heavily on health and the freshness of our own farm produce.

Try out fresh cows' milk, light and creamy natural yoghurt, fruit jams and wholesome eggs from our contented hens, as well as wonderful quark, which you can jazz up a little with fresh herbs from our garden.

Enjoy fresh rolls for breakfast every day (except Sundays) - straight from our baker, onto your plate. What better way to start the day?

Our tap water (Plose water) is reputed for its quality and pleasant taste.
