Cancellations made up to 3 months in advance of arranged arrival date are free of charge.
Cancellations made between 3 months to 4 weeks in advance of arranged arrival date incur a charge of price of 3 days of your holiday.
Cancellations made within the last 4 weeks prior to arranged arrival date incur a charge of the price of 100% of your holiday.
In case of late arrival or earlier departure we charge 100 % of the apartment rate
We are pleased to offer you ‚Red Rooster Cancellation Protection’ insurance package. Please find further information in the accompanying information at the end. If you wish to make use of this service, please transfer the charge to the bank account in the information at the end.
